    About Sarah A.

I am a music teacher in Southeastern Wisconsin, specializing in clarinet and harp. I graduated from VanderCook College of Music, and previously studied clarinet at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music. I have been playing harp for more than 15 years, performing for various events, both as a soloist and in ensembles. Clarinet and Saxophone were next, widening my performance experience, and inspiring me to continue learning to play and teach various instruments. I added other woodwind and brass instruments into my repertoire until I became a certified K-12 music teacher. I still perform, but my main focus will always be teaching! Instrumental lessons are ideal for school music students, but are available for anyone who wants to learn. Your goals determine our progression, and it's never too late to start! Harp can be a daunting instrument for beginners, and I strive to make it as accessible as possible. Students may choose to play on my harp for as long as they would like before purchasing their own instrument.
