Hi there singers and future singers!! My name is Sara Wichers and I love to help beginner and intermediate singers find their voice and develop the confidence needed to perform in front of an audience. I am originally from Winston-Salem, NC, where my family has been for 3 generations. I have studied with some of the very best voice teachers in the country from Los Angeles to Nashville, and back again to NC to study privately with the exceptional voice teachers at UNCSA. Throughout my years of vocal training and my even my professional singing career, I have struggled with stage fright or performance anxiety (which most pro singers do, but not all will admit to). I have many fun and easy techniques to empower and help you become the confident singer that you want to be. I am a professional opera and musical theater singer, and have performed countless solos at private parties, wedding ceremonies, large holiday concerts, you name it!! I also love to sing and record popular music in my home studio. I have even sung back up vocals on worldwide selling rock albums and urban songs for synch music. I have a wonderful husband of 15 years who is a professional songwriter, producer, and guitarist. We have an amazing 11 year old son who also loves to play music. We have two very cute doggies, Carlie and Mimi, and we all love the outdoors. I can't wait to hear from you and help you on this exciting journey!!
