Hi there! You may be asking yourself if it's really possible to learn baton twirling online. I have taught over 20 students virtually in the last 2 years. When learning with me through TakeLessons, I include extra videos between lessons to break down elements, and I allow you to screen record if you'd like. You can save by buying a 5 package which will be plenty to learn the basics of baton twirling. I find students these days learn best when they have an individualized approach to teaching. We follow a curriculum, but we always tailor the program to the child. My own child needs extra attention when it comes to youth sports, so I have learned techniques to teaching children with disabilities. I have been twirling for almost 30 years, and I have taught all different age levels. I have numerous resources for inspiration, questions, and material. I was the captain at the University of Arizona, and I currently have my own team here in Texas. I have trained many twirlers who have gone on to win titles, and I have worked with Elite twirlers to help them perform and compete effectively. My goal is to create more coaches through my teaching and grow the sport of baton twirling.
