I first fell in love with Pilates 15 years ago as a high school student. Pilates helped keep me focused and healthy throughout college and graduate school. In 2016 I decided to pursue a certification in Pilates with CorePilates NYC. I'm excited to share my love of Pilates with you- to find new ways to safely increase your strength, improve your posture, and uplift your spirits.
