Flute with Sara I.

I am currently a full time music teacher in the Bloomfield Public School District. I have been teaching general music for 5 years, although my background is in instrumental band. I graduated with my BA in Music Education from Caldwell University in 2010. My main instrument is flute, I've been playing for about 18 years. I currently still play with the Caldwell University Alumni Flute Ensemble as well as the Bloomfield Symphony Orchestra. When I am not teaching in Bloomfield, or playing flute in local ensembles, I am teaching private instrumental lessons in Northern NJ. I have taught about 30 students in the last 10 years. I teach flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, and beginner piano and violin. I have taught, and currently still teach lessons in Verona, Livingston, Bloomfield, Belleville, Morristown, Kinnelon, Morristown, Essex Fells, as well as Bergen County and Sommerset County. I also teach lessons in my home. I have taught beginner students through adulthood.
