Sara is both a certified yoga teacher and licensed clinical social worker, which makes her uniquely qualified to teach to the body-mind connection. Sara believes in the power of a nonjudgmental setting where people can look inward and practice living in the present. Whether you are in child's pose or in a handstand, your practice is yours alone and only you know exactly where you need to be. Sara hopes to create a welcoming safe environment to explore the mind-body connection in whatever form most serves her students.
