Hey! I'm so glad you are looking for a Yoga teacher! If we work together I will offer you a safe, fun, alignment based practice, which will include; breathing techniques, dynamic movements and postures, meditation practices, and a general space of loving compassionate care. I am a RYT with the Yoga Alliance in an Anusara/Vinyasa Integration Practice. I first came to Yoga in 2009 and have enjoyed the many places it has led me. It is an honor to lead someone through a Yoga practice into the space of Yoga as they find it... may your practice bring you Peace and Balance and may I be a part of that discovery!
