I am a graduate of the University of Houston CLASS with a degree in Psychology and Political Science. I graduated with honors. I also hold a standard teaching certificate for grades EC-6. I have almost three years of teaching experience at an elementary school and teaching homeschooled students, one year of experience as a mentor working with college freshmen at a university and almost 2 years of experience working as an ESL Academic Advisor at a for profit school. I have also tutored students for GED and TOEFL content. I also work as a seasonal professional scorer for Pearson and score the writing portion of tests such as PARCC and STAAR. I also worked with Education.com as a freelancer and created 65 lesson plans for Preschool to 5th Grade that are correlated with CORE and NGSS. Additionally, I work with itutor.com and teach extra support math classes to middle and high school students using the whiteboard.
