I have been a classically trained pianist for 17 years and a classically trained vocalist for 6 years! I am currently studying at the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music as a music education major with an emphasis on classical piano and classical voice! I have been teaching both piano and voice lessons since 2011, and many of my students have been with me since the beginning. I have seen all students of my studio grow and flourish into fantastic musicians. I have watched my students perform the works of Beethoven, Mozart, Debussy, the modern music of Harry Potter, Adele, Disney, and so much more! I am incredibly flexible, patient, and encouraging with my students, and I do my best to ensure a musical environment for them to flourish in! Many of the parents of the students I teach consistently praise my likeability, relatability, and ability to create a very comfortable learning environment for my students. I always try to not just nurture great relationships with my students, but with the parents as well! I am an actively working musician, performing frequently both nationally and internationally! My students have a teacher that is truly immersed in the musical environment and who is up-to-date with the latest in music repertoire, music education, and music performance; allowing them to have a very vibrant and ever-growing music-learning experience! I don't just love my job, but I love my students. Having the job that I do has allowed me to pursue my dream in the performing arts in such a fulfilling way.
