I'm a classically trained dancer with a science degree focused in Kinesiology. I've performed and toured throughout Europe, Canada and the US. Company credits include American Repertory Ballet-NJ, Elisa Monte Dance-NYC and The Metropolitan Opera Ballet-NYC. My passion for dance paved the way toward dance education at both academy-based and competitive dance institutions; teaching virtually and directly at dance institutions and studios in the US and abroad. I'm an ABT® NTC certified Fellow & Affiliate teacher, certified in Pre-Primary through Level V of the ABT® National Training Curriculum and a ASFA® certified Yoga instructor.
