I am finishing my senior year at Northwestern State University of Louisiana. I will be receiving a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice in the Spring of 2020. I love aspiring creative minds. I teach three classes: drawing, psychology, and Spanish. Drawing has been a passion of mine since I was a young girl. I am self-taught, and found that I enjoy teaching it. I taught my younger sister, whom had no interest in drawing until she was a teenager. She now studies art at McNeese State University, and teaches painting classes at the local Painting with a Twist studio. Upon receiving her Bachelor's, she plans on owning her own PWAT studio. I am truly proud of her! As a current student, psychology is fresh on the brain. I can be a great tutor rather than teacher if you need assistance, or if you are interested in learning something new. The human mind is brilliant, and I would love to show you! I have a Puerto Rican father, and I am self-taught in Spanish. My father was occupied with his career in the U.S. Army to stay consistent with my Spanish language development during my childhood. To learn a second language, all it takes it motivation, hard work, and dedication. Nothing is impossible! I look forward to helping students reach their best potential in my classes!
