Growing up in an artistic family in Southern California, performing artist Madlyn Hall began to train her powerful vocals with a wide range of influences including Barbara Streisand, Whitney Houston, and Ella Fitzgerald. After deferring her acceptance into the Berklee College of Music in Boston to study songwriting, Madlyn was cast in her first feature film, "Elena Undone," which premiered at Outfest in 2010. In addition to playing a supporting character in the movie, Madlyn wrote and recorded "Suddenly," an original song that was featured in the film and on its soundtrack. Years of developing her craft have now led Madlyn to writing songs for other artists, including European pop sensation, Suzanna Lubrano, recording the title track for the film "Wheels," writing and recording the title track for the short "Opposite Actions," performing on Jimmy Kimmel Live with Youngblood Hawke & Thirty Seconds to Mars, recording vocals on the Thirty Seconds to Mars album, “LOVE LUST FAITH + DREAMS,” and co-writing with legendary songwriters, Billy Steinberg and Ken Hirsch. Recently, she has won the runner up prize for the 2017 13th annual International Acoustic Music Awards for her summer single, "Will You Take Me Home," and has newly signed with boutique music supervision company, "Tzviah Music." She is also the official 2018 voice-over artist for Peter Piper Pizza, singing and acting on camera in a new national commercial for Gap with Janelle Monáe, and can be seen singing on James Corden's, The Late Late Show, performing the song from the Gap commercial.

In addition to performing, Madlyn is passionate about sharing her experiences with others, and teaching the craft she knows and loves. She has a wide age range of piano, singing, and songwriting students, she teaches privately throughout Los Angeles.
