Yoga with Sabra L.

Sabra Lopez has been teaching private lessons since 2007 and is currently available to teach lessons at online. Sabra has taught students of all ages and demographics from Mom and baby yoga to teaching at senior homes. She has a diverse background in training which always her to accommodate every student from beginner to advanced. Sabra Lopez received her first 200 training at Integral Yoga Ashram in 2005 where she continued her study there for 2yrs and then volunteered for 7 more years. As an expert in her field, Sabra looks forward to helping new students achieve their goals.
