I am a long time athlete and my passion for fitness was discovered along the way. After having a major injury to my spine my trajectory changed towards being able to help others move and live in a way that will create longevity and overall wellness. This has caused me to start teaching all students how to take a holistic approach to there health that revolve around there movement, nutrition, and lifestyle.
