My life is dedicated to personal and planetary transformation through music, movement and authentic spiritual cultivation. I have immersed deeply in my Qigong lineage and have experienced such profound benefits from the practice that I find great joy in sharing this practice with others. I have been on the path of Qigong cultivation, sacred music, internal martial arts and healing for over 15 years. Certified by my Sifu Zhongxian Wu to transmit the teachings of the Hidden Immortal Lineage, I have been learning and practicing the shamanic cultivation arts of China with Master Wu since 2002 and has traveled to China to connect more deeply with the lineage Qi through the arts of Emei Wu Zhengong, Wudang He Taijiquan, Dragon Gate Qigong, Dai Xinyi, Yijing divination and Qi healing. I am also a musician specializing in soulful Celtic song and melody and I sing love songs to consciousness with my wife Kristin under the name One Root and Celtic Roots Music with Hills & Hollows. I also lead the One Root Sacred Ireland journey to the standing stones and sacred wells of Ireland every few years.
