Experienced teacher of 15 years, specializing in stand up and improv comedy, beginner/intermediate baseball training with a specialty in pitching and hitting, beginner chess, beginner to intermediate cooking classes Cajun cuisine! For adults I specialize in life coach training which includes nutrition, exercise and overall well-being. Lesson programs will be personalized for each individual. All ages welcome. Lessons are customized and catered to the needs/goals of each student. Not only will you be playing, learning and cooking in no time, but you will be building strong foundations for life and better yet just having fun. I played baseball at Saint Johns River community college and studied biology, emergency medicine, nursing, nutrition, psychology and have started numerous businesses including a hot sauce company and a maintenance company. I have an extreme passion in cooking for others and teaching those who are willing to learn more. I have three daughters of my own and love to teach them all that I know and would love to do the same for all. Look forward to meeting and growing with you throughout life’s journey.
