Hello and welcome! I started teaching guitar lessons after school in 6th grade to fellow students and our teachers alike. From the very beginning, my ethos has been centered around striving to serve the individual and helping them to achieve their goals. I've only become more passionate about that over the course of almost 20 years of teaching and I look forward to working with you!

I have been a touring and studio musician as well as a musical director and record producer for over ten years on electric and acoustic guitar, pedal steel, bass guitar and singing. I'm passionate about teaching YOU, not just teaching notes or chords or licks. Everyone learns differently and I look forward to creating for you what all of my amazing teachers have created for me over 25 years of learning: a safe space to let your guard down, be who you are and work your hardest to be your best.

Hello! I have been a studio and touring musician for over a decade. Currently, I play guitar and pedal steel as well as background vocals for Amos Lee, Heather Maloney, Seth Glier and many more. I love to teach and share what I've learned with over 3,000 shows under my belt as well as hundreds of records that I've played on. When I first started teaching (at age 12), I didn't have that experience to draw from, however my focus has always been on the student and the way the student learns. I don't just teach from a book or with some special formula, I teach from a trust that we will build together over time and I want to focus on your agenda and your goals.
