What's Up!! I've been playing guitar for around 12 years. I'm mainly self-taught, but took about a year of private of lessons to take my playing to the next level. My strength as a teacher is that I learned a lot of guitar at a later age and can explain it in simple terms. I don't have a college music degree or years of jazz experience, but I can make learning fun and not overwhelm you with music theory. If you're a beginner, I want to get you to playing the songs you want to play. And if you're trying to get your playing to the next level, I want to explain it in an easy way and make it fun. I can teach you about the CAGED system, Major/Minor keys and scales, soloing, alternate tunings, writing your own songs. chord families, chord progressions, and singing. I've learned hundreds of songs of all different styles. I've played for church and currently working on writing and performing my own songs.
