I have been playing the piano for over twenty years. I began at the early age of seven years old. Because piano has played such a vital role in my life, I believe it is a responsibility of mine to pass on such a delightful gift of piano playing to those who would like to make it a part of their life too. I have spent over ten years teaching piano in different areas. This includes a piano lab for a private school, a music studio, and at my home. Throughout the past ten-plus years, I’ve had the privilege to teach over 250 students. I have had over a dozen large recitals with crowds each time of over 150 people. Not only do I have piano experience, but I also have studied the art of teaching by earning my bachelor of science in elementary education. My passion is music and being able to teach others to play the piano. I love seeing the progress of students and the light that comes from learning their favorite piece. I love to make it fun & exciting for students to learn. I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your piano playing journey!
