Hi! I'm a laid back teacher and I'm interested in making sure to explain things clearly and at your preferred pace.
The techniques I teach are secular and non-religious, however most meditation techniques have a religious background. I'm willing to talk about it with your preferred orientation. I teach an evidence-based approach supported by modern psychology and neuroscience, but I also understand the relationship of meditation practice in various religious traditions, primarily Buddhist and Christian. I'm not a spiritual counselor and I prefer to focus solely on the methodology and techniques involved. Most of my teaching is done in a secular format.
I've taught friends and family as well as co-workers with good results and I'm now teaching others locally and online. I'd love to share my knowledge and experience with you. Anyone can meditate! Let me show you how.
