I am an opera singer and private music instructor here in New York City I cater my lessons to my students’ individual goals, firmly believing that a strong framework in classical technique can support any style of music. I love watching my students become passionate about music, achieve their goals, and reach their greatest potential as musicians. Using my experience and flexibility, I create a learning environment that is both engaging and fun. I developed a passion for music at a young age and have been studying piano for 18 years. I received my BA in Language and Culture with a double minor in Vocal/Opera Performance and Italian, as well as my MA in Vocal Performance. While earning my MA, I coached voice, piano, and language diction to the undergraduate and masters students. Since then, I have been actively singing in the city with various opera companies as well as doing concert work. I also teach piano and voice to students of all ages, both privately and at Trevor Day School.
