About Rosalind R.
I am a professional flute with B.A. with Honors from UCSD and M.A. from SDSU in flute performance and music history.
I have taught flute for 30 years to every level and age flutist. Many of my students have won prestigious awards and competitions such
as winning 1st place in SD Flute Guild and California-wide flute award.
I was principal with the La Jolla Civic Orchestra and Villa Music Orchestra. I am presently performing concerts in surrounding libraries and in a classical music trio made up of Flute, Violin and Cello.
I love teaching and presently have and have had many happy and successful students. I love helping students build their confidence and achieve their 'goals in music whatever this may be.
