Cooking with Rocky B.

Hello! My name is Lucas but have always gone by Rocky :) I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America as well as a Navy Veteran where I cooked for different Admirals and their staffs. I have been cooking professionally for about 10 years now and want to share some of the tips and tricks I have picked up over the years. Like adding a sheet of water under your cookies to help prevent the bottom from burning :) If you choose me to teach you we will work at your pace and I will teach you anything you want to know.
