As home to the Sandford Meisner Technique itself, The Neighborhood Playhouse provides in depth education of the technique. From the repetition exercise, to character development to script analysis.

As one of three co-founding members, I had the fortunate experience of work shopping new written and seeing their work go from the page to the stage. We would hire actors and a production crew and raise funds to put these shows on in Manhattan. We were proud to be selected as a show in the 2011 NY Fringe Festival.

I have been acting for ten years+. After taking Meisner classes here in MN for a year, I attended Meisner's original school in New York called The Neighborhood Playhouse.

I have recently moved back to MN and have been acting. 

I am interested in making acting fun and approachable to anyone who is passionate about the craft. 

Acting is about finding truth, listening and telling stories. Through technique and one on one training, I know I can help people find their truth and abilities.

Hi there! 

I have been acting, studying, producing and directing in New York for the last 8 years. I am a native to Minneapolis but have been living in Brooklyn, New York for the last ten years. I studied the Meisner technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City (where Sanford Meisner taught) and ran a theater company called Sweeter Theater for four years in NYC. I was also fortunate enough to work in a groundbreaking NYC production called SLEEP NO MORE. 

I returned to MN last year.
