My name is Robin Rapsys and as a drummer, I have booked, performed, and toured in small jazz combos, rock groups, and metal bands. I have also recorded and engineered drums and percussion for rock bands, film & TV, and jazz combos. Combine all that experience with years of teaching private and group lessons at a music academy and you will find a wide range of topics to learn about within the entire music industry. I teach out of my home recording studio in Prior Lake, MN where I record tracks on a regular basis. This gives my students an opportunity to get recording experience during their lesson.

I offer drum lessons for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students supported by real-life experience in teaching at a music academy, touring and performing in bands, recording at my home studio, writing and reading music, advanced styles, etc.
