The Ukelele is such a fun instrument and I llove to teach beginners & intermediate players because the unique strumming patterns and picking styles are not often taught but are easy to learn
 I have been teaching guitar for 15 years and have  had students of all ages. I also offer the first lesson free to a true beginner.
I have a studio in my home with instruments  for Students to use if needed. I also have arecorder to use during listen if needed. 
Learning guitar or ukulele takes commitment and definitely time. It’s good to have a reasonable expectation of the learning of an instrument. I also often text between lessons with Relevant to the students lesson plan. One really learned to play the guitar between lessons not at the real lessons. So try my teaching and let’s get started with your favorite music or song or both! Let’s have fun and enjoy playing music.

I have been playing in teaching guitar for over 25 years. I taught in  New York as well as Florida . I have a home studio with several guitars drums keyboard and recording equipment as it helps student hear  his/her part of the lesson. I teach ukulele and  have taught guitar at the local library in Palm Bay Fla.,
For true beginners the first lesson is FREE as along with a lesson, as 
its a mutual interview of students goals, expectations and music style/songs 
I'm retired & can accommodate any time or day for a lesson. I currently have six students and referrals can be provided . 
My rates are less expensive than other local providers because I love teaching and do not rely on the teaching income for living expenses.
Well, hope this explains my reason for signing up and hopefully acquiring some students who want to not only have fun and learn but truly get to know this wonderful instrument that requires long-term commitment and daily practice.
