Bassoon with Rita T.

I'm a professional Bassoon player, music teacher and sound therapist. The Bassoon alongside with piano had been in my life for over 20 years now, and since I'm fascinated by wind instruments I've gathered knowledge and experience playing the flute, specially Native American flutes. I'm fascinated by the sonorities of the bassoon and its extension range, as well as the process of reed making! I'm graduated from the Music University of Lisbon, in Portugal and the Music University of Malmo, in Sweden. I have also experience playing with some indie rock bands in Portugal that wanted to include Bassoon on their music, but my background is essentially classical music, I've played with numerous orchestras and chamber music groups. I look forward to meeting you and helping you to become a better musician!
