An exploration of self, of overcoming barriers, and discovering grace. Approaching yoga as an outlet for spiritual understanding and purpose - utilizing movement, form, and meditation as a way tear apart the confines of self and unleash the inner spirit.
My classes offer a spiritual and devotional exploration (reflection) of self - encouraging each student to rise above self limitations, unify the strengths of mind and body, and transcend toward a higher degree of spiritual and self awareness.

I've been playing Music for over 15 years and have been practicing yoga for over 6. I have been certified to instruct Yoga since 2014.   I look forward to meeting you and deepening your playing/practicing.
