Teaching has become second nature to me, as I have enjoyed working almost 10 years for one of the biggest technology schools in the US. I have supported campuses of 700+ students, 60+ employees and supported up to three campuses at one time. Under the role of IT manager, I still had to teach daily and was responsible for student professional projects to ensure their education stuck and was usable in the the workforce. Everyone can learn something, I want to make sure you understand it! I love to work with students at their level and watching them grow, by developing those weaker points while allowing their strong points to motivate them into a level of not just learning a topic, but completely understanding it!
