Taiji Fit are flow classes developed by David-Dorian Ross.

Certified Taiji Fit Instructor

I will compose a program of study appropriate to each student. We will learn a variety of Tai Chi Qi Gong forms, and choose to learn either the Simplified 24 form or Chen Man Ching's 37 form. Or we can simply have a flow class and perform the moves of Taiji Fit introduced by Master David-Dorian Ross. Each class will be tailored to the wants and desires of the student.  We can relax, stretch, and breath, or we can go into the depths of learning a Tai Chi form; or both. Let's have fun with it and not stress!

I have been teaching tai chi publicly for about 8 years. Currently I teach at local parks, and privately at gated communities. I first became interested in tai chi in the late 90's and have been hooked ever since. I believe tai chi is accessible to all peoples at all levels and can benefit the individual in many ways from a calm demeanor, a relaxed body, to a wonderful sense of well-being.
