It all started when I was a kid in the sixties and heard the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan show. Since that was a while back (1964) I've performed, listened to, read, written, and taught more music than I care to remember (my early original songs are really cringe-worthy), but all that background (BA in Music Composition-Piano, 1980) is now behind every lesson I teach. So I'm great when it comes to yapping about how music was so much better years ago, but whatever your style/experience/desire may be, I'll be there to help you.
