English (ESL) with Rhonda L.

I am a lecturer in English at the University of Tennessee. I teach part-time at the university, so I am free to spend my other time tutoring and writing. Right now, I teach a first-year writing class for learners of English as a second language. In the past, I have taught business writing, creative writing, poetry, fiction, non-fiction, and drama. I have been teaching for 10 years, and I have been publishing my own poetry for 12 years. I have a a Ph.D. in English and a certificate from Cambridge University in teaching English as a second language to adults, but I enjoy helping younger people, too. In fact, I enjoy helping all English speakers from the beginner to the advanced improve their speaking, writing, listening, reading--or all of these skills!
