Experienced sewing teacher of 20+ years with degrees in education; and certifications in Education, Business Education, ESL, and Family Consumer Science. I believe that sewing lessons should be personalized for each student. I am patient when it comes to demonstrating a new sewing technique as well as learning the basics of sewing. Furthermore, I enjoy listening to what students have to say about their chosen projects and helping them develop an excitement about sewing those projects. I try my best to keep up with the latest clothing embellishments and fashion trends too.
