When I was in 9th grade, my English teacher said I would never be a successful writer, a few weeks later a guidance counselor told me to "lower my expectations in life." Eight years later, I've been published at 20+ blogs, magazines, think tanks/non-profits, and in 2018 I published my first book which made it on the Amazon Bestsellers List in its category. My blogs and articles have been read by millions of readers around the globe, and I didn't need a college degree in English or Journalism to do this. I self-taught myself, took risks, made mistakes, and sought out great mentors. Thanks to my years going through the challenges of sticking out as a writer in a crowded field, I am confident I can take you from struggle to success, headaches to relief, and doubter to confident, skilled, and passionate writer.
