If you're looking for a dynamic and experienced virtual music teacher, let's talk! I have taught students of all ages to love and appreciate the wonderful world of music through clarinet, saxophone, flute, and oboe. My past students have won placements in performing arts high schools, won superior ratings at Solo and Ensemble, and been admitted to college music programs! Clarinet is my specialty, and I do teach all woodwind instruments as a public school music teacher and as a teacher with Music and Arts. It brings me so much joy to see students progress. In lessons, we'll custom tailor your learning experience to what YOU want to learn. We'll learn with fundamentals so we can master and play YOUR favorite types of music. All about me: I've been playing clarinet for 20 years, teaching clarinet for 10 years, and teaching woodwinds for 10 years. I am very proud to be a University of Florida graduate with a Masters of Music in clarinet performance and music theory. My 7 years of experience as a public school music teacher help me create skills-based lessons to help students grow from where they are. I know what your band directors want to hear, and I am familiar with band method books and band literature. I would love to help you enjoy music by learning clarinet, flute, saxophone, or oboe!

My child was so excited after his lesson and couldn't wait to continue practicing what he had just learned. Rebecca was patient, but challenged him. She encouraged him and I could hear the difference after just one lesson.

Rebecca is phenomenal for private lessons for all ages. She is very patient and makes learning the clarinet fun. She is detail oriented and will help you be the best you can be while still being encouraging and helpful. Rebecca gives clear feedback and suggestions to fix issues, she also is very knowledgeable about repertoire and new opportunities for playing. I would recommend her to everyone I known interested in clarinet.
