    Learn to Play the Clarinet!

    I have been teaching beginning and intermediate bands for the past 14 years. I love teaching students of all ages to help them figure out how to accomplish learning an instrument. It is a challenging thing to do, but I make learning to play an instrument fun and as easy as I can. I have been playing the Clarinet for over 25 years and have a concentration from Nazareth College of Rochester in all woodwind instruments. I have taught privately for 18 years now on all band instruments as well as Piano! I enjoy playing the clarinet and bassoon in my free time as well as all woodwinds in Pit Orchestras around the Rochester, NY area. I have performed with the Eastman Community Music School's Music Educator Wind Ensemble but am currently a clarinetist in the Center Stage Pops Orchestra. I would love the opportunity to share my love of music and instruments with you.

    I have been teaching in Public Schools for 14 years and teaching privately for 18. I love teaching beginners through the intermediate level. Students just starting off learning an instrument need an experience that is going to be encouraging and fun. I have taught ages 5 through adult on all band instruments and piano. Work with me and I will help you to learn an instrument, read music, and have fun while doing it! Learning to play an instrument is a life long skill that will last forever!
