Greetings! I'm offering private guitar lessons for people from beginners to intermediate level players of all ages, kids are welcome! This includes electric guitar, acoustic guitar, and bass guitar. Please be sure to have your own instrument! About me, I have 13 years experience playing guitar/gigs with bands, went to Chico State for Recording Art, and currently performing around cities in Butte County with several bands. I teach and play genres such as Folk, Country, Blues, Hard-Rock, Funk, Punk/Pop-Punk, Alternative-Rock, Metal, Metalcore, Djent and more. And I always receive positive feedback from my students :) Each course provides contents particularly chosen for individual students with exercise and homework. In my course, things I propose to teach including but not limited to: Guitar Techniques Finger Placement Chords Ear Training (Ex: How to Learn songs by your ear) Music Theory Tabs and Notes (Ex: How to read music) Improvisation Songwriting Performing/Gigging Tips Gears/Equipment Recording Band Coordination I also provide courses for people who are: Wondering how a particular part of a song is played (Hand positioning, picking, etc.) Unfamiliar with certain techniques (Hammer-ons, tapping, sweeping, etc.) Wanting to have a section tabbed out and broken down for them. Wanting to learn about different tunings. Wanting to learn certain genre of music I'm willing to travel to your house for a small fee, or else I expect to teach in my home studio locates on 3rd Ave, which is very close to downtown area.
