I advocate for not only technical advancement but also unique musical imagination. I have found that stressing creativity leads to a need and desire within the student to push the limits of their ability. My cello lessons are complimented with with basic theory and ear-training exercises, and can encompass genres such as jazz, rock, and pop in addition to classical.
