I love working with students of all ages and inspiring them to experience the joy of singing. It’s important to me that the student feels safe as well as challenged to do their best. Breath is the primary focus and from there pitch and rhythm are developed. I also work hands on with my students on performance technique, managing nerves and connecting to lyrics. I have generated a program of vocal warmups which are included as an online resource for my students to access. 

Implementing a practice regime and reward system is a big part of why my students progress so quickly. What sets me apart from other music teachers is my varied experience both as a performer and an educator and my passion for teaching! Let's get you singing with confidence and with a connection to your body and breath.

I'm a professional singer, musician and actress. I love teaching and inspiring students to learn with joy! I've been teaching voice, guitar and piano for 8 years.

I studied a Bachelor of Arts in Music at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music as well as a BA in Music Studies (Jazz Voice) at the University of New South Wales.

Last year I wrapped on CMT’s Nashville as a Alannah who is a singer-songwriter herself. I have worked extensively in film and TV both here and in Australia where I'm from. 

I teach beginner-advanced students of any age, any contemporary style, (Jazz, Blues, R&B, Pop, Country, Musical Theatre) with a focus on breath support, pitch, phrasing, ear training, rhythm and performance.

For guitar and piano, beginner - intermediate.
