I've been working in the wonderful world of pastry for the last 6 years and I've loved learning more about what I'm passionate about! I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta with a degree in Baking and Pastry in 2010, and while I have only taught a few lessons I really enjoy sharing my craft with people who are interested in the science and magic that is fine French pastry. I can teach you to make beautiful cakes using gum paste, modeling chocolate, pastillage, fondant, pulled sugar, etc. or we could spend the evening perfecting French macarons. There are tricks and easy solutions for every mistake, and I can help you diagnose and solve whatever issue crops up. I can't wait to meet you!
