Music has always been a major part of my life. I began learning piano at the age of 5 and continued studying classical piano into young adulthood. My favorite part about playing is being able to express myself through the music I learn and songs I write as well. I am intuitive to the varying learning styles of different students so my teaching style is personalized to each student's individual needs. My lessons include music theory, rhythm, and the fundamentals of playing piano. I emphasize creative music and encourage my students to create their own compositions using the techniques and theory they’ve learned through taking lessons from me. Most importantly, I want my students to have fun and learn to play the pieces they love!
