I have been designing jewelry and serving women who feel a need to look and feel their best. My jewelry-making career was born out of humble beginnings. I have always loved jewelry. When circumstances led me back to my family home in New Jersey, my admiration for jewelry led me to the wholesale district, buying and reselling items to make a living. While my merchandise was beautiful and unique, I felt like the women I sold my merchandise to deserved something more- something better. I started from scratch- watching videos, reading books and taking classes to learn how to develop jewelry that offered quality without sacrificing style. When my son was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in 2012 and I was diagnosed with chronic leukemia a year later, we endured financial difficulty. My spirit was battered but not broken; my withered stated inspired me to press harder. I was determined to design jewelry that mirrored my aspirations- jewelry that reflects freedom. By creating jewelry, I was able to find an outlet- a way to express myself by creating something beautiful for the world, and I'd like to share my outlet with you.
