She is very nice. We did a lot of review on fingerspelling, numbers, colors, gender identifications and many more basics. Flexible. Having a good time.
Very very helpful. Enjoyed sitting down and going over ASL signs. Thank you again.
Purnima is an excellent teacher of ASL. I have no prior experience and I feel very comfortable with her style and pace. If you can get her - I highly recommend her!
I love learning from Purnima! Not only a I getting fully immersed in language, I get to learn about Deaf culture. Purnima makes learning vocabulary easy, and takes the time to answer questions if something doesn't makes sense. She is so sweet and kind, and I would recommend any classes with her.Show More
this is the best asl class here in my opinion. it covered a lot. and helped me review and remember some stuff i forgot from not being active in the Deaf community here.
Her patience, sweet demeanor and attempt to answer every question yet keep on task is impressive.
Purnima subbed in for our scheduled teacher last-minute and did a wonderful job introducing us to "25 Must-Know Signs for Beginners." Grateful for her expertise + looking forward to taking class with her again!
