    I am a dedicated actress, singer, vocal technician and acting coach. My claim to fame is that I get results very quickly!!! I have been performing and teaching since I left the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and Juilliard to pursue a career in Opera. Because of my training, I also branched out into musical theater and jazz. I have sung before such distinguished individuals as Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Stewart, Mr. and Mrs. Charlton Heston and President Ronald Reagan and his wife. I have sung with Opera Pacific Symphony Orchestra, Cypress Symphony Orchestra, Capistrano Valley Symphony and was honored to sing in concert with Broadway legend John Raitt, father of Bonnie Raitt. I have written, produced, directed and performed as a soloist in concert versions of Kern and Company, Broadway Show Stoppers, Jewish Composers on Broadway and a Christmas show entitled Sing the Season. I have performed in many Operas and Broadways musicals too numerous to mention because we are only allowed 2500 characters!!! I am director of my own vocal studio in Orange County and Beverly Hills. I have been teaching since 1979 helping aspiring performers refine their vocal techniques for greater success in auditions and performances. I helped Amanda Seyfried secure her role in the movie Les Miserables. Recognizing that is critical for singers to be comfortable in front of an audience, I offer many types of classes and performance opportunities. Hope to hear from you soon!!

    I first heard about Marianna while I was attending The Orange County High School of the Arts through a fellow student, Heidi Dean, who had this incredible voice and I knew I wanted to train with her. Marianna came to our school to see ‘Into the Woods’ and I met her after the show. Immediately her whole energy and aura was different than anyone I had ever met and we decided to train together. I would meet with Marianna every week and she would teach me these crazy voice exercises and really taught me how to shape and strengthen my voice. But Marianna taught me something and gives something to her students and the people in her life that goes beyond technique and vocal range. She gave me a confidence and connection to the artist in me, the professional in me, and the spirit that exists in all true artists. That is her true gift. I credit Marianna to my being cast in my first Broadway show, the revival of ‘Flower Drum Song’ starring Lea Salonga and still look to her for inspiration and direction. Let’s give and support Marianna back into the space where she can best share her gifts with the singers and artists who are waiting for her lesson.

    Marianna was my voice teacher as I transitioned from teenager to young woman. Not only was she an amazing voice teacher, but she instilled me with the confidence and inspiration necessary for the professional career that I have today.
