Hi I'm Chef Priscilla Umeda. I grew up a farmer and an education enthusiast. Culinary trained Chef with Masters in Business Admin who's worked through home, casual and fine dining experiences. My passion for farming inspired me to be a chef.  I cook international cuisines because am inspired by fresh quality produce.  So you'll learn African, French, Italian, Spanish, Caribbean or American cuisines from me.
I am also a Certified Dietary Manager hence I also cook and teach therapeutic diets, life style changing or vegan. Taste, Nutrition and Appeal of food are EVERYTHING I represent.  Best part, you can come to me or I come to you.

I am a professional Chef,Le Cordon Bleu grad. Certified Dietary Manager, Cookbook Author, Masters in Business Administration.

As a farmer and trained chef, fresh quality ingredients inspire me.
