Classical Piano with Priscilla R.

Hi! My name is Priscilla. I have been playing piano since first grade and the violin since fifth grade. Music has been an integral part of my life. I graduated from Pensacola Christian College in May 2015 with a B.S. in Secondary Education, with my emphasis in English and Music. I have a passion for teaching students of all ages and levels. I have an easy-going personality, and I want my students to enjoy their lessons. But I also want them to learn as much as possible, so I push them to do well to the best of their ability. Teaching brings me such joy because I love watching my students grow in knowledge and skill and be able to share their gifts with others. For music, I have experience teaching students of all ages and levels. I have taught children as young as 3 and have taught adults as well. I have taught all levels and interests, from those looking for a fun hobby to those pursuing advanced levels. I am very patient and also have experience teaching children with special needs. While music is my main teaching area, my education degree is also in teaching English. I especially enjoy grammar! My favorite thing about teaching grammar is finding fun ways for students to learn it (since most people do not particularly enjoy grammar). :) I am heavily involved with the music program for our church. I play violin in the orchestra and sing and play with my family for special music. My family and I also sing and play for churches in our area.
