Hi, there! My name is Prairie Rugilo. I've been teaching Martial Arts and Fitness private lessons for over 15 years. I'm also the owner and head trainer at Girl Fight MMA located in Toms River, NJ. I'm a outgoing and positive person, who loves to laugh, smile and be sarcastic. My teaching style is creative, tough, and always inspired by my journey, as a fighter. I train all my students like fighters, without the punches and kicks to the face, of course! lol If you're looking for a challenging workout that will get you results, I'm the trainer for you.
