My service as a voice/guitar teacher stands out because I get students identifying clear goals such as from day one, and we tailor the techniques and lessons in order to achieve that goal. We're not just working to "Sing better" or "play better" but we are working to build the confidence and work ethic necessary to be successful -- and that is an experience that will spill over into other areas of life!
As an instructor, I love helping my students achieve breakthroughs. It makes me so happy when a student of mine will tell me he or she is able to sing a high note that used to be a huge challenge and came with a lot of tension. I love seeing the determination and the passion that my students have and how they interpret songs. I love how everyone has a different background and learning style.
As a KidsKeyz instructor I work with groups of students around Fulton County and Cobb County in their after school music class and we learn new songs, music fundamentals, and have fun!
Phoenix is an incredible tutor. I went to him with absolutely no experience in singing, nor any idea of what my goals for going to lessons were. None of this deterred him however, and he was incredibly patient with me and worked me through my mental blocks and now I feel comfortable singing around friends and loved ones. I have a long way to go still but I know for a fact I wouldn't be where I am today without the support from a great teacher/ mentor such as Phoenix. I highly recommend him.+ Read More
You can tell that Phoenix is passionate about what he teaches. That passion draws you in and makes you want to work harder. He is patient, encouraging, and makes sure that lessons are fun. I'm really grateful to have his help.
Mr. Pheonix has been teaching my kid guitar for the past month and half. My daughter is always looking forward to the guitar class. He encourages her to practice and make the lessons so much more fun for the kid to be excited about guitar. He is very patient helping her go thru the initial challenges of guitar and communicates the progress to us parents. Overall, very positive.+ Read More
