Hi, I'm Peter and I know a lot about food. More so than most people should, I'm a bit obsessed. My wife and friends have finally had enough of me going on and on about my food passion, so now I'm here to unburden them a bit by sharing it with you as well! I will not only teach you how to make recipes step by step (boring, but sometimes necessary), but I will also teach you flavor theory, technique, history, composition and other fundamentals to make you a better cook and gourmand. This can culminate in assignments to help you create your own recipes that I can help critique and edit. If you don't want or need the full experience, I can also simply help you on a one-off basis to put out interesting dishes for that ever important date, special occasion, or anytime meal.
