My favorite aspect of music is creating my own compositions! I've spent over 25 years studying classical theory and composition as well as modern composition for TV, film and popular music. If you're new to composition, I can help you understand the fundamentals and approaches to writing your own music. If you have more experiencing writing your own music, I can help take you to the next level!

I currently compose music for TV, film and other digital media in my own recording studio. Prior to that, I spent about 25 years playing guitar, piano, bass and drums in bands and as a studio musician. At school I studied classical music (theory and composition) as well as orchestration and computer production.

I teach guitar, piano, bass and drums, as well as music theory and composition and recording. (If you have a computer, or an old reel-to-reel recorder and want to get started recording your own music, I can help!)

I enjoy all kinds of music, but my specialties are pop, rock, classical, alternative as well as epic orchestral and atmospheric (used for TV/film).
